Who this is for
Bidzaro sells wholesale pallets, mixed merchandise and clearance stock intended for resale. By placing an order, you confirm you are buying for the purposes of your trade, business or resale activity, and not as a consumer buying for personal use. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — including the 14-day cancellation right — are written for consumer purchases and do not apply to orders placed on this basis. Your statutory rights as a trade buyer (including your right to reject goods that are not as described) are unaffected.
Pallets are unique physical units
Each pallet listed is a single, physical unit of stock. Once sold it is marked sold and removed from sale — we do not operate a live stock-sync and never knowingly sell the same pallet twice.
Pricing & VAT
Prices are shown as stated on each listing. Where a pallet qualifies for HMRC’s VAT Margin Scheme, VAT is accounted for on the margin rather than the full price; where stock is bought new with a VAT invoice, standard VAT rules apply. The basis is confirmed on request.
Delivery & collection
Delivery is arranged through our named pallet courier network at the price shown at checkout, or you may collect free from our warehouse by appointment. The courier’s driver carries a pallet truck and will move a palletised delivery into place for you wherever site access allows; where access does not allow this (for example restricted or uneven access), you are responsible for suitable equipment or arranging additional help, and a tail-lift can also be requested at checkout.
Shortfalls & misdescription
If your pallet is materially short of its published item count or estimated retail value, tell us within 48 hours of delivery or collection with photos of the pallet as received. We'll agree a partial refund or a replacement pallet of equivalent value — whichever you'd prefer. This doesn't affect your right to raise a claim with your card provider or, where the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies to your purchase, your statutory rights.
Product safety
Where a pallet includes electrical items, we take reasonable steps as a distributor under the General Product Safety Regulations 2005 not to knowingly supply goods we know or ought to know are unsafe. Grade B and C items are sold on the basis stated in their grade and may not have been fully function-tested beyond what the grade describes.
