Nationwide UK delivery via Pallet-Track, or collect from our warehouse.
How delivery works
- • Delivered kerbside by Pallet-Track, our pallet network courier.
- • Our courier’s driver carries a pallet truck and will move the pallet into place for you wherever site access allows — a tail-lift can also be requested for extra help (see pricing below).
- • Dispatch-confirmation email once your order is booked for collection by the courier.
- • Prefer not to pay for delivery? Collect free from our warehouse by appointment.

Prices shown are per pallet — ordering multiple pallets to the same address charges this rate for each one, calculated automatically in your basket at checkout. Large or full-load orders can be quoted directly if you contact us.

Do I need a forklift?⌄
No — our courier's driver carries a pallet truck and will move the palletised delivery into place for you wherever site access allows. A tail-lift can also be requested on some regions — see the delivery page for details.
What if a pallet is short on items or value?⌄
See our returns & shortfall policy — a pallet that is materially short of its published item count or estimated retail value is covered.
